Day 1 Arrive Cusco
Arrival in Cuzco and transfer to the hotel where the group will meet with the Andean Priest. We then visit the downtown historical part of the city (walking tour). The tour lasts approximately 3 hours. Included in this walking tour is a trip to Koricancha (the Temple of the Sun).
Day 2 Cusco Day Tour
Visit the Inca sites around Cuzco such as Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, the Temple of Moon, Puka Pukara, and Tambomachay. All these Inca sites were built during Pachacutec´s government who was the 9th and the most important of the Inca rulers.
Day 3 Sacred Valley
Tour to the Sacred Valley of the Incas; this tour is really great because we will see different Inca sites along the Sacred Valley and learn why the Inca people chos those places to build the ceremonial centers and astronomical observatories. We will visit the Pisaq archeological site and market. Then we will go to Urubamba to have lunch (included). Overnight in Ollantaytambo
Day 4 Machu Picchu
Very early in the morning there is a ceremony to the sun in the pyramid of Pakaritampu. In the afternoon we take the train to Aguas Caliente (2 hours approx.). There, we will have a free afternoon with an optional hike to Mandor waterfalls.
Day 5 MachuPicchu Spiritual Tour
We will take the early bus to Machu Picchu (5:30 am) where we will visit the upper part of the site to see the sunrise. Afterwards we will enjoy a guided tour through the citadel. After the tour we will enjoy lunch at the Sanctuary Lodge, then we return back to Aguas Calientes and take an afternoon train to Cuzco.
Day 6 Ceremony to the Earth
We will partake in a ceremony to Mother Earth in a cave that is called “Mouth of the Mother”, a special place carved in the Inca time and still used today by the wise men. Before starting any ceremony, we prepare our clients with a previously held meeting.
Day 7 Last Ceremony
This is the last ceremony of the tour and is very distinct from the others. This is an offering to the water where there are temples where the Inca people worshiped this deity.
Day 8 Check Out
Transfer from the hotel to the Airport.
We also design itineraries according the requirement of the clients.
